Due to growth, JustinBradley is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join our Contingent Workforce Solutions Group. You will ensure excellent service delivery to national clients by managing client accounts, recruiting a diverse skill set coast to coast and problem solving. You must have self-direction, self-motivation, and persistence!

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing a dynamic sourcing approach and managing requisitions as the recruiter for key roles across several clients
  • Responsible for managing client relationships and measuring success against KPIs
  • Meeting quarterly goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and required applicant tracking updates
  • Ideating/participating in ad hoc team projects

A well-qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Previous direct sourcing knowledge and use of tools in addition to LinkedIn
  • Prior experience recruiting professional level talent across a range of functions
  • Experience with multiple Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience using Vendor Management Systems

Partnering with Recruiters on searches, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative research strategies in order to source, evaluate and pipeline high-caliber candidates for our clients.

  • Sourcing industry-leading talent via innovative methods, including advanced internet searches, resume banks, social media, professional organizations, etc.
  • Developing professional job descriptions and placing job postings on job boards, professional organizations, social media and more.
  • Reviewing candidates’ resumes and online profiles for skills and experience, conducting initial outreach and fostering candidate relationships.
  • Pre-screening candidates via the phone to determine fit and to evaluate domain knowledge, technical skills, soft skills and more.

A well-qualified candidate will possess the following: 

  • Self-direction, self-motivation and persistence, with a high degree of organizational skill and attention to detail.
  • A research-oriented attitude, passion for solving puzzles and the capability to parse and synthesize large volumes of information.
  • An analytical mindset, including the ability to quickly understand the needs of a position, ask incisive questions and draw valid conclusions regarding client needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; the capacity to write compelling job descriptions and outreach material and to complete phone screens.
  • Prior experience with candidate sourcing, research projects, reference desk work or other information skills are a plus.
