Lisa Hebb Smith – Director of Finance, Accounting & Systems
Lisa Hebb Smith has been promoted to Director of Finance, Accounting & Systems. In looking back at her 12 years with JustinBradley, Lisa has accomplished so much, including earning her CPA in 2012, two successful systems implementations, and two payroll conversions. We are so proud of Lisa and thankful for the role she plays in JustinBradley’s daily success!
Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and is certified as a CPA in Maryland.

Janie Mockrish – Senior Executive Recruiter
Janie Mockrish has been promoted to Senior Executive Recruiter. Janie is one of the newer members of our team, but in her short time here, she has had a major impact, bringing 110% to her team and to her clients.
Janie grew up overseas, living in five countries before moving to Virginia to graduate from the University of Virginia with both a BA in Foreign Affairs and a Master of Teaching. Before coming to JustinBradley, Janie was an international admissions counselor at University of Virginia’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions. There, she gained experience identifying potential candidates, reviewing applications, and interviewing international applicants. She has brought this experience to JustinBradley with a focus on our non-profit client work.
