Administrative Assistant
A JustinBradley client is seeking a Hospitality-focused Receptionist! This role will perform a variety of administrative functions such as: greet visitors, answer reception phone, activate guest badges, create name tags and badges for new hires, and answer Team Member’s questions. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and present outstanding communication skills.
Requirements:
- Greet guests to the building, creating badges and monitoring guest activities
- Answer general questions from guests and customers, managing a fast-paced environment
- Assist with calendar management within Outlook
- Other office duties as requested, reporting to Services Sr. Manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required, 1-3 year’s working in relevant positions
- Individuals will be working within a dynamic, quick and diverse environment
- Must be able to prioritize workload and have attention to detail
- Proficiencies with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
