JustinBradley’s client, a fast growing wealth management firm, is excited to add an Advisor to their team. The firm’s financial planning expertise and tailored approach in meeting the needs of their clients has resulted in steady growth and community recognition. While focused in the DC metro area, the firm benefits from a broader network and resources of a $16B organization.

The team is eager to add an experienced Advisor who will lead all aspects of the financial planning processes for incoming clients and existing clients. The Advisor will play a key role in continuing the practice’s growth and work collaboratively within a dynamic team who is passionate about growing and making a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Financial Planning:
  • Apply knowledge of investments, insurance, tax management, retirement analysis and estate planning to develop comprehensive strategy to achieve client’s short and long term financial goals
  • Build and analyze financial plans using financial planning software
Relationship Management:
  • Manage existing relationships and address client’s financial objectives and risk tolerance
  • Manage onboarding of new clients, such as setting up new accounts, accessing custodian and firm portals
  • Facilitate, manage and process client requests while ensuring appropriate compliance
Business Development:
  • Support the development and execution of team marketing strategy/projects
  • Assist in the preparing of investment proposals, client reports, and other materials
Highlighted Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of wealth management or financial planning experience
  • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification is required
  • Series 7 and 63 are preferred
  • Exceptional organization and follow-through skills
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems
