Director of Accounting & Finance
Our client, a restaurant brand at the forefront of sports and entertainment, is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting to support the CEO with the company’s financial operations and their next growth stage. This individual will oversee all financial and operational reporting, perform various financial analyses, and collaborate with internal departments regarding planning and forecasting activities. Bring your experience within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry and lead the controls, systems and infrastructure to scale with the business’ growth!
Plan, coordinate and supervise an established accounting team and operational functions for a rapidly growing company with multiple entities. You’ll have a seat at the table and prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive team and shareholders.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
- 8+ years of experience in the restaurant industry or similar field is preferred
- Technical accounting skills and GAAP proficiency
- CPA is a plus
- Excellent communication, technology, and analytical skills
