JustinBradley has partnered with an influential entertainment channel in their search for a Director of Consumer Marketing. This role is a key member of the Brand Marketing team. This role will oversee all consumer marketing touchpoints and requires significant experience developing impactful marketing strategies, in-depth knowledge of multichannel paid media planning, management skills and innovative instincts that extend brand reach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop strategy, working closely with research to analyze market data, conduct competitive analysis and to identify key marketing opportunities and set clear goals / KPIs
  • Develop campaign and brand series plans for individual series from ideation, management (internal team & cross-dept), campaign execution and measurement
  • Including but not limited to: developing media plans (w/ agency partners), individual series rollouts, deck creation.
  • Oversees marketing plans inclusive of needs for production, creative, branding, research, events, advertising, media planning and account management
  • Develop media & creative briefs for all campaigns, working closely with agency partners to align and see campaign through to execution with oversight and management of creative matrix and trafficking (via PM team)
  • Execute annual go to market campaigns, initiatives and marketing plans including objectives, strategies, and tactics through any medium
  • Lead and manage external advertising and marketing agency partners to deliver an integrated plan across paid, owned and earned media
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from digital, print, partner, or cross department elements
  • Experience and comfort using data to optimize paid media campaigns across all mediums including but not limited to: TV, display, social, search, mobile, etc., as well as campaign measurement, post-mortem analysis, individual campaign performance and ROI
  • Oversee consumer marketing manager to execute all campaign plans and identify ways to breakthrough in the marketplace
  • Collaborate across departments on multi-platform solutions, value earned marketing opportunities, sales / partnership opportunities as they apply to marketing plans / strategy

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 7-10 years’ experience
  • Strong strategic marketing background with a proven track record of delivering measurable business results
  • Solid track record of leading cross functional teams/projects
