JustinBradley’s client, an international law firm, is looking for a ESG Analyst to join its Global Procurement team in the Washington, D.C. office. The primary role is to support the procurement team’s current initiatives and collaborate on the expansion of the firm’s ESG studies, reporting to the Director of Procurement.
In this role, you will analyze current ESG baselines. Maintain ESG reporting and Ecovadis. Work across all global offices gathering data for reporting and recommendations. Provide thought leadership on emerging trends and best practices in sustainability reporting, disclosure, and engagement. Develop benchmarking against industry peers and overall ranking. Work on strategic sourcing to develop sustainable supply chain initiatives.

- BA degree is required.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience working with sustainability reporting, metrics, standards, and guidance.
- Experience working with ESG reporting platforms and Excel.
- Strong analytical skill set.
- Must have a positive approach with flexibility and willingness to attempt new tasks and assignments.
- Ability to view questions/answers from a 360 degree perspective.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
