JustinBradley’s client, a leader in global communications is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to join their DC area headquarters. This publicly traded company is leveraging their progressive and enthusiastic team and investing in their infrastructure to pave the way for generations of technological breakthroughs.

The Corporate Development Analyst will join an elite team to provide analytical insights and collaborate with senior management in support of the company's business and corporate development initiatives. Using a combination of strategic thinking, in-depth financial modeling and problem solving, the Corporate Development Analyst will be a key player in evaluating mergers and acquisitions, new investment opportunities, and organic growth opportunities.

Highlighted Responsibilities:

  • Assess potential mergers, acquisitions, investments and joint ventures as well as divestitures by the company
  • Analyze data provided by management teams during diligence and present such information, both internally and externally for discussion
  • Build dynamic, flexible, detailed and accurate financial models which portray company operations and transaction details
  • Support key organic initiatives by reviewing and assessing deals as well as building discrete strategic analysis to support decision making

A well-qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years financial, transaction and strategy experience in M&A at an investment bank, private equity firm, consulting firm and/or large global corporation
  • Experience executing transactions including direct experience in diligence processes
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills
