JustinBradley is partnering with a growing media company to support the search for a Publicity Assistant. This person will support the senior director of Public Relations. The ideal candidate for this role must come with a communications/PR background, strong verbal and writing skills, and is seeking a career in entertainment PR. This role will include administrative duties, so experience with tracking information and managing workflows is a plus.


  • Candidate must be in LA or NY
  • Work Schedule – 3 days in the office/2 days remote. Occasional overtime.
  • Primarily standard office environment, sedentary work


  • Support teams with press-related activities
  • Use Burrelles for portal tracking for all print publicity hits
  • Utilize Google for keyword tracking; assist with impression tracking as needed
  • Manage multiple project status reports across the teams. organize reports
  • Research and update network’s press lists in Cision, track editorial calendars
  • Compile and distribute bi-weekly Programming Highlights across various networks
  • Manage clip editing in Premiere so teams can seed out for national and local press hits


  • Degree in Public Relations/Communications preferred
  • 1-3 years administrative/executive secretarial experience in a fast-paced office environment
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as GSuite
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Skilled in navigating bi-coastal team
  • Has the ability to take on more responsibility as the departments evolve/grow
  • Ideal candidate must effectively troubleshoot and form strategic solutions
