JustinBradley is seeking a Volume Programs Recruiter to help with recruitment and ensure the most highly qualified candidates are recruited to fill open positions at our partner's organization. The recruiter will ensure the positions are filled in a timely and efficient manner that is in full compliance with all federal, state, and company guidelines. This is a non-leadership role but will be in a team-supportive environment.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Ensure recruitment process, metrics, and compliance are achieved to set standards
  • Work independently as well as be an active and supportive team member to the overall recruitment initiatives
  • Provide and communicate regular recruitment updates to hiring managers and Team leaders
  • Utilize an applicant tracking system such as Fluid to review, analyze and evaluate the information provided by applicants in response to job postings. The team member will conduct screening interviews and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Ensure that minimum qualification standards are established before posting positions
  • Once a candidate is selected, the Team Member will extend job offers and close out positions in the applicant tracking system upon completion of all required notes and final dispositions
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the hospitality community, building and maintaining relationships with schools/professional organizations, sourcing/cold calling outreach, attending job fairs, and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions with the organization
  • Train, develop, and cultivate professional relationships with Business Leaders within the organization to ensure recruitment needs are adequately and accurately assessed and met in a timely and efficient manner.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Degree/GED
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) – Taleo or similar
  • Strong sourcing skills
  • Four (4) years of HR experience
