Sales Support Administrator
JustinBradley has partnered with an international travel and tourism client to search for Sales Support Administrator. This role will join the Sales Support team that works with the Worldwide Sales teams globally to manage accounts through elimination of duplicated effort, automation and optimization of business processes, and new, value-added and differentiated services. Individuals will be working within a dynamic, open and diverse environment. Must be able to prioritize workload and have attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Liaison between sales team and properties providing sales inquiries
- Perform several administrative duties, engaging with teammates and following all protocols
- Extract, digest, and add information to SalesForce
- Work closely with the Sales department to free up the seller’s time and drive results
Qualifications:
- Prior experience using SalesForce or working as an Administrator would be helpful
- Must have high level experience in working with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable commuting to the Dallas office on a hybrid schedule, after 2-week training
- Hospitality, Customer Service, Travel Industry experience desired
- High School, GED, or Some College preferred
