Responsible for financially managing a $30M a year multisite operation of fine dining establishments at the Ritz Carlton Hotel and Hudson Yards
Responsible for overseeing AP, AR, treasury, financial reporting.
Responsible for implementing controls, processes, procedures in the recently inaugurated restaurants.
Ability to thrive and operate in a high-performance culture with rapid growth
Preferred profile – 3-5 years in restaurants, hotels or hospitality
Experience operating large costs and revenue centers preferred.
Digitally inclined, proficient with the ability to automate processes using Excel and other digital tools.
High level of emotional intelligence to lead and develop accounting team
Process oriented and high degree of organizational skills
The position will be responsible for managing 1 direct report
The position has about 80% original work and 20% delegated work
College degree required
Reports to the CFO today. In the future to corporate controller in Washington DC.
NYC based. No material level of travel required – Office at Ritz Carlton Nomad
High level of ownership, accountability, and self-management
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Working knowledge of GAAP. Strong numeracy and analytical skills. Good problem-solving and time management skills.
