Workplace Coordinator
JustinBradley’s client, the largest global hospitality organization, is looking for a Workplace Coordinator. In this position, you would be responsible for supporting teams within this highly matrixed organization, conduct safety inspections, and administer meeting rooms. You will report to a manager and assist with any ad-hoc activities. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operations of the global headquarters and provide a welcoming, safe and engaging office environment for all.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the facility including janitorial, engineering, food service and concierge services
- Support real estate, building improvement, and capital expenditure projects
- Ensure the prompt submittal and payment of supplier invoices
- Partner with the Employer Brand and Team Member Engagement Team to support Team Member events
- Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks for broadest impact
Qualifications:
- Punctuality, this role is in person from 6am – 2:30pm
- Prior experience handling requests through ServiceNow, CollectiveView, and Coupa/SmartSpend
- 1+ years of prior experience in an administrative role within a large corporation
- Proficient in Office Suite, ability to provide strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with little supervision
- A strong ability to identify, analyze, and solve the root cause of problems
