JustinBradley Recognized for Culture of Continuous Learning and Employee Development
Helios HR announced today that JustinBradley was a winner of the 2008 Helios Apollo Awards™. The Apollo Awards recognize organizations that invest in an intentional culture of continuous learning. This includes creating development opportunities for employees, as well as providing the resources for managers and employees to participate in a robust performance management program.
This year’s winners exemplify excellence in promoting employee development. The nomination process was a stringent one. Nominees were judged on the following criteria: professional development opportunities made available to employees, how those opportunities are communicated, their performance management process, individual goal setting and holding employees and managers accountable for performance, and the quantifiable impact of their employee development initiatives on the organization. “We were thoroughly impressed with the caliber of nominations we received this year”, said Kathy Albarado, president & CEO of Helios HR.
