Katie Bartels

Katie has a long history with JustinBradley, beginning in 2008 as Team Recruiting Lead for the firm’s Contingent Workforce Solutions division, managing the firm’s largest account. She later transitioned into her current role as Marketing Coordinator, where she manages JustinBradley’s marketing initiatives and social media presence.

Before joining JustinBradley, Katie was Manager of the Northern Virginia region in the Executive Office Unit of a global staffing company, where she was recognized as one of the top five recruiters nationwide.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications and is originally from Buffalo, NY. Outside of work, Katie gives back to her community by coaching Girls on the Run, helping to empower and inspire the next generation of young women.
