Mary Beth Monroe

Beth is a human resource recruiting veteran who has spent her career building and advising some of the largest public and private staffing firms. As the co- founder & CEO of JustinBradley she drives the company’s culture, mentors the leadership team, assures JustinBradley’s sound financial position, and networks directly with clients and the business community to advance JustinBradley’s reputation for quality and success.
Prior to founding JustinBradley in 2002 Beth was the President of Don Richard Associates of Washington DC, where she and the leadership team took the company public. After a series of national acquisitions, and thereafter operating under the name of Acsys, the organization grew to become the 5th largest publicly traded financial staffing firms in the US. Beth held COO and CDO roles in the public company prior to its sale to a Dutch conglomerate. Beth is a past President of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, a former Board member of the Association for Corporate Growth, and co-founder of Capital Women. She has received recognition for her efforts to promote the successful careers of women executives and their companies including a BRAVA award. Beth is also on the board for Friends of Francis Field, a group of residents interested in improving Francis Field, a recreational facility and park in the West End neighborhood of Washington, D.C.
Beth is originally from Kentucky – and makes a tasty mint julep. At home in Annapolis, she enjoys boating and served as the Commodore of the Spa Creek Cruising Club. An avid traveler, Beth’s perfect vacation would alternate golf, hiking, and cycling – with a cooking class or wine tasting to end the day.
