Mary Beth Monroe

Spring clean-up at Francis Field, Washington D.C.

Beth is a veteran in human resources and recruiting who has spent her career building and advising some of the nation’s largest public and private staffing firms. As co-founder and CEO of JustinBradley, she drives the company’s culture, mentors its leadership team, ensures financial strength, and engages directly with clients and the business community to advance JustinBradley’s reputation for quality and success.

Before founding JustinBradley in 2002, Beth served as President of Don Richard Associates of Washington, DC, where she and the leadership team took the company public. Following a series of national acquisitions, the firm—operating under the name Acsys—grew to become the fifth-largest publicly traded financial staffing company in the U.S. Beth went on to serve as COO and CDO before the company was acquired by a Dutch conglomerate.

A recognized industry leader, Beth is a past President of the Accounting & Financial Women’s Alliance, a former Board Member of the Association for Corporate Growth, and co-founder of Capital Women. She has received multiple honors for her work advancing the careers of women executives, including a BRAVA award. She also serves on the board of Friends of Francis Field, a community group dedicated to improving one of Washington, DC’s key recreational parks.

Originally from Kentucky, Beth is known to make a great mint julep. She now calls Annapolis home, where she enjoys boating and once served as Commodore of the Spa Creek Cruising Club. A passionate traveler, she’s happiest on a trip that blends golf, hiking, and cycling—topped off with a cooking class or wine tasting to end the day.
