Melissa Lopes

Melissa is a Recruiter on JustinBradley’s Contingent Workforce Solutions team. She recruits nationally for our Fortune 500 clients across all business professional disciplines.

Melissa earned a BS in Health Studies from Monmouth University and joined the Human Resources team at a telecommunication sales company upon graduation.  Part of her role included hiring, where she enjoyed the process of attracting top talent to the organization.   When she was offered the opportunity to join the talent acquisition team for a start-up national job platform, she eagerly made the transition.  In joining JustinBradley, Melissa brings these experiences, adding value to our clients in the full-cycle employment course:  planning, analysis, searching, screening, engagement, selection, and onboarding.    

Melissa grew up in Lebanon, NJ.  She is a foodie and a traveler. The beach is her happy place.
