Andrew Chase

Andrew is a co-founder and Executive Vice President of JustinBradley. Since its founding in 2002, JustinBradley has become a premier provider of executive search and contingent staffing services, placing top financial and business talent at some of the most recognized organizations in the country. From Fortune 500 companies to nonprofits serving communities worldwide, Andrew and his partners have grown JustinBradley from a Washington, DC-based firm into a nationally respected leader in executive recruiting and project-based staffing.
Andrew began his career as an engineer at Bechtel Power Corporation after earning an MS in Structural Engineering from Rensselaer. Rising to Engineering Design Lead, he managed modeling, structural design, procurement scheduling, and testing. Eager to complement his technical expertise with business acumen, Andrew earned his MBA from Wharton and was recruited by Booz Allen Hamilton. There, he led consulting teams on commercial and government projects in the U.S. and abroad, ultimately heading the firm’s DC-based Aviation practice.
In 2000, Andrew was appointed Chair of the Annapolis, Maryland Transportation Board, where he expanded its focus to regional transportation planning. He later led the multi-jurisdictional Regional Plan effort, reflecting his ability to bridge technical, operational, and strategic perspectives.
At JustinBradley, Andrew champions community engagement. Each employee is given a Day of Service to volunteer in a personally meaningful way. Andrew has supported the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Perry Center in Washington, DC, and coached youth football in Montgomery County, Maryland. A proud New Yorker, he is also—despite the odds—a loyal fan of the New York Jets.
