Khristie Andrus

Khristie is co-founder of JustinBradley and leads the firm’s Temporary Staffing Solutions division. She established JustinBradley’s financial search practices in law, hospitality, real estate, and construction, and continues to partner with clients on executive placements across industries.

A strong advocate for ethics and professionalism in the staffing industry, Khristie served as President of the Capital Area Staffing Association until 2015. Within the accounting and finance community, she has been a selection committee member for several prestigious CFO awards, including Washington Business Journal’s CFO of the Year. Khristie is a career advisor to the career centers at University of Maryland Robert Smith School, University of Virginia, and Northern Virginia Community College’s Accounting Certificate Program. She is also an active contributor to the American Payroll Association and supports fundraising efforts for DC-area nonprofits, including the American Heart Association’s Lawyers Have Heart.

Khristie began her career on Capitol Hill with an economic public policy group before moving into recruiting with Don Richard Associates. She later joined Acsys Inc., where she advanced into leadership roles spanning recruiting, sales, and marketing operations.

Raised in Severna Park, Maryland, Khristie is a member of the U.S. Tennis Association and an aspiring (and self-proclaimed struggling) golfer. Outside of work, she is an enthusiastic mom of two boys and can often be found around Arlington, cheering them on in high school and travel sports.
