Michelle Wright, CPA

Michelle leads JustinBradley’s Executive Search division, where she oversees day-to-day recruiting operations and partners with clients in financial services, government contracting, and technology. Michelle is a CPA and began her career as an auditor and consultant with PwC, advising clients on financial controls and strategies—experience that laid the groundwork for her expertise in building high-performing finance and operations teams for executive leadership.

Originally from Canada, Michelle earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and her Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. She has enjoyed opportunities to work and travel around the world and remains passionate about the continued growth of the accounting profession. She is actively involved with Northern Virginia Community College and SKEMA Business School.

Outside of work, Michelle loves traveling and spending time with family and friends.
