JustinBradley’s client, an award-winning interior design firm in Georgetown, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper. You’ll report to the office three days a week (around 24 hours/week), have 100% of healthcare covered, 401K and match, profit sharing, parking, and enjoy working with this prestigious group of interior designers! Compensation is $40/hour.

Your responsibilities would look like this:

AP & AR
Billing
Sales Tax for 7 states
Work in progress
Cash management and reporting
Reconciling 5 bank accounts
Bi-weekly payroll for 10 and some 1099s, processed by Paychex
Client project statements
Estimated quarterly tax payments
Preparing financial statements
Schedules of Expenses, time/billing, furniture income…
Learn and use Studio, a comprehensive accounting the leading digital project management, product sourcing and accounting platform for the interior design industry
20-25 hrs/week. $40/hour and full slate of benefits
